Your Order Cancellation Rights

30-Day Refund Policy At WP APP, we value your trust and satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with our services, we offer a 30-day refund policy. How It Works: Refunds are applicable within 30 days of your purchase or subscription renewal. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Important Notes: Refunds are not applicable after 30 days from the date of purchase. Any promotional or discounted subscriptions may not be eligible for a full refund. If you have used the service extensively during the refund period, partial refunds may apply based on usage.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Services or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Services. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Services to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

1. The Services were purchased in the last 30 days

The following Services cannot be returned:

1. The supply of Services made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

2. The supply of Services which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

3. The supply of Services which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

4. The supply of Services which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Services may be refunded. Unfortunately, Services on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
